The physical and mental wellbeing of our employees, the safety of our environment, and the quality of our assets is at the heart of Reon. We believe that a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) driven culture is essential for long-term business success and its’ continual growth. At Reon, we inspire our employees, and our partners to make informed decisions about Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE).

What are we doing?

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

In 2015, we developed and deployed the ISO 14001 Management system to rally safety practices across Reon. This was subsequently followed by ISO 45001 global standard certification in 2018.

By 2022 We have accomplished

17,48,590
Safe Working
Hours

We have integrated impermeable safety measures throughout the organization and have extended stop-work authority to our colleagues, partners, and subcontractors. This has helped us accomplish high quality standards for all our business and processes. Our “Safety First” culture is further strengthened by our HSE priorities devised around eight core areas:

To build long term partnerships with our stakeholders, we are thoroughly invested into Quality. Our exhaustive inspection and quality check processes have not only enhanced performance and asset utilization over project life, but has also resulted in early detection of defective components and processes which in turn saves time and avoids unwanted delays.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) 9001:2015 certification that is scheduled for mid 2021 encapsulates internal and external audits, management reviews, legal requirements, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all that we do.
